These commands are used mostly in the in game command line which is by default the "~" above tab"
kill playernamehere
This kills the player if they are on the grid. It's usually used as a warning before a kick or ban.
kick playernamehere reasonhere
The reason is optional, but this commands simply kicks a player from the server. They can join back immediately.
ban playernamehere amountoftimehere
This will ban a player for a certain amount of time. The default is 60 minutes I think. You can specify a longer period of time. The value will be in seconds, not minutes.
rename playernamehere newname
This is used to rename a player say, if their name was offensive. This will take effect after one round. After you use this they will not be allowed to rename.
allow_rename_player playername
This allows a renamed player to rename.
